In this Dubrovnik walking tour, you will learn that the city has a remarkable history everyone should hear. You will witness the beauty of this city that is for those who seek paradise on earth.

The Dubrovnik Day Tour includes sights like

Stradun is one of the main streets in Dubrovnik. It is the point that divides the old town into two or more parts northern and southern. Stradun is stretched from the Pile Gate to the Old Towns Port.  It is a pedestrian street and it is the city’s main promenade.  It is the venue of all public feasts and processions, but also the main business street of the City core. with beautiful late-Renaissance houses on each side, runs along a valley that, until 1272, was a marshy channel dividing the Latin island of Ragusa from the forest settlement of Dubrovnik.

Onofrio’s Fountain opposite the Church of Holy Salvation, next to the Pile Gates, is the magnificent fountain built by Onofrio Della Cava. It was damaged by the earthquake but its beauty remains. It was erected as a celebration of the completion of the waterworks in 1438. The beauty and the architecture of the fountain and the clean water are preserved well nowadays.

St. Saviour’s church, as you enter the old city of Dubrovnik, St Saviors church is immediately on your left-hand side next to the entrance for the City walls walk. Originally built in 1528 it has over the years suffered from various earthquakes, and now has a kind of Renaissance with some Gothic look.
Up the right side of the church next to the monastery are a pretty checkered marble floor and some interesting Knockers on the side door.

The church of St Blaise, this Baroque church was built in 1715 by the Venetian architect and sculptor Marino Gropelli (1662-1728) on the foundations of the badly damaged Romanesque medieval church.

He modeled the church on Sansovino’s Venetian church of San Maurizio.
The church is built like a Greek Cross with four Corinthian columns in the center that bear the tambour of the cupola. The barrel-vaulted interior is richly decorated in Baroque style, the main altar is a combination of white and polychrome marble, with a silver Gothic statue of Saint Blaise, made by an unknown silversmith in the 15th century

The Dubrovnik Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral built on the site of several former cathedrals destroyed by earthquakes. It was repaired again after the building was damaged by the 1979 Montenegro earthquake, and the Siege of Dubrovnik in 1991.

On either side of the front of the cathedral are four Corinthian columns and the statues of Saint Blaise (patron saint of Dubrovnik) and Joseph with Child.
The inside has a high nave, separated by massive columns from the two aisles, three apses, and a grand Baroque dome, which is under repair again, by local stonemasons.

Also in Dubrovnik Day Tour also will show you the Rector’s Palace; Sponza Palace, Orlando’s Column, and many more.

Dubrovnik’s old town is one of the world’s most well-preserved towns in the world.

The stone walls built to protect the town are a historical memoir. For centuries Dubrovnik has served as a trading port.

We will then visit Dubrovnik City walls with its defensive walls and forts which run uninterrupted for 1940 meters (6365 feet) completely encircling the City. We enter the place with the smallest amount of stairs and the least crowds.

So, join Dubrovnik Day Tour and be set on the most beautiful coast of Adriatic, Dubrovnik is a place of rare beauty.
